We are engaged in the different steps of the implementation of ICPEs (i.e. industrial, commercial, and agricultural operations subject to particular regulation and environmental protection measures). We assist in the management of industrial risk, site acquisition and site transfer, as well as administrative litigations. We also assist sponsors and financers in setting up or transferring energy projects.

We further work with French and international industrial groups and investors, figures of the real estate sphere, financers and public bodies.

We work in coordination with our other departments and design offices to offer comprehensive expertise to our clients. We are involved in the industry, real estate, energy, transport and infrastructure, construction and health sectors.
