Private Equity

The Private Equity team assists in raising capital for investments and acquisitions in the form of LBOs, alongside financial investors (e.g. investment funds, corporate ventures, family offices, business angels) and target companies or their shareholders/executives.

Our firm can be compared to a “one-stop shop”, as we deal with all aspects of business law; our team can provide comprehensive expertise on the various operations it addresses (e.g. corporate tax, IT, public, social, competition, financing) with great reactivity and cohesion.

We are frequently involved in pre-acquisition/pre-investment audits, legal and fiscal structuring of operations, implementation of “management packages” for company executives and employees, drawing-up and negotiation of transactional documents (e.g. term sheets, investment protocols, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, guarantee agreements), and corporate social documentation.
