The Property law & Property management department is involved in advising and litigation at each step of real property transactions.
The department notably becomes involved prior to acquisitions and transfers of property assets, by providing assistance to developers, builders and investors in setting up suitable legal structures (audits, operation set-up, drawing up of contracts).
It also advises on rental management topics, and has specific expertise in commercial, industrial, short-term and occupational leases.
Moreover, it handles the monitoring of lease portfolios for holdings (SCIs, corporations) and tenant companies with a large number of rentals (more than 100 business premises) by warning them of due dates and by advising them on suitable renewal strategies.
