Our scope of intervention

We protect the legality of administrative authorizations issued by public entities (e.g. in the context of regulated activities, urban planning or occupation of public property) and enable our private clients to obtain the necessary authorizations for the implementation of their projects.

We assist our clients in the definition, awarding and execution of public contracts (transactions, concessions, occupancy agreements, subsidy contracts, cooperation contracts, etc.).

We help our clients define their litigation strategy and defend their interests before the administrative courts.

We provide legal assistance to the services of the State, public institutions and companies, local authorities, associations, economic interest groups, public interest groups, social housing players, dealers, builders, developers, semi-public companies, investors, credit institutions, network operators and more generally to the service providers of national and international public sectors.

We work in coordination with our other departments as well as with technical and financial advisors to provide comprehensive expertise to our clients. We operate in the industrial, real estate, energy, health, IT and construction sectors.
