Jean-Baptiste Dubrulle and Kévin Holterbach, who have co-signed the chapter relatingto France in ICLG’s “Public Procurement 2019” guide, have thus contributed to this international guide for the second consecutive year.

The guide aims at analyzing and deciphering common issues in the area of public procurement laws and regulations in 22 jurisdictions.
