Before joining the Labor Law team in Paris, Marie-Charlotte Diriart acquired solid experience in renowned French and international law firms.
She counsels with leading French and international companies in the fields of health, technology and industry in regard to the management of their employees (drafting and amendment of employment contracts, dismissals, settlement agreements) and in their relations with staff representatives (information / consultation of staff representatives, negotiation of collective agreements).
Marie-Charlotte assists her clients in their restructuring projects and discussions with their co-contractors (audits and advice in negotiating with their co-contractors) and guides them in implementing internal changes (negotiation and information / consultation of the social partners, transfers of personnel, plans for safeguarding employment, collective agreement breaches).
Marie-Charlotte develops and implements precontentious strategies allowing her clients to minimize judicial risks. She represents them before the competent courts in the framework of complex individual and collective litigation as well as during litigations involving social security law.
