This transaction enables Foodpartners International to expand its product offering by integrating the innovative machinery and tools developed by System B, while strengthening its geographical coverage in France.
The acquisition reflects a shared ambition: to build a leading player in the French market for equipment and supplies for food industry professionals, combining System B’s technological expertise with Foodpartners International’s broad product range. The combined group resulting from the transaction will generate approximately €200 million in revenue.
