Bignon Lebray advises Comlink’s shareholders on the sale of Comlink to Nubevia

Bignon Lebray advised the shareholders of Comlink, a telecommunications, network and optical fibre specialist based in the Hauts-de-France region, in connection with the sale of Comlink to the Nubevia Group.

The transaction enables Nubevia to strengthen its presence in the Hauts-de-France region and reinforce its positioning in networks and telecommunications, leveraging Comlink’s infrastructure and expertise. In particular, the transaction enables the group to integrate a proprietary backbone network spanning nearly 1,000 kilometres of optical fibre, as well as Comlink’s expertise in the integration of telecommunications solutions.

The transaction is in line with Evolem’s ambition to establish Nubevia as a leading player in sovereign cloud and managed services for SMEs and mid-sized companies.
