Bignon Lebray advises the EIC Fund on Quobly’s €115 million fundraising

Bignon Lebray advised the EIC Fund (European Innovation Council Fund) on its participation in Quobly’s Series A financing round, a French company specialising in quantum computing.

The €115 million financing round was led by Bpifrance, through its Deep Tech 2030 fund managed on behalf of the French State as part of the France 2030 programme, SEALSQ and STMicroelectronics. The round also included the EIC Fund (European Innovation Council Fund), Blast, ALIAD (Air Liquide Venture Capital) and existing investor Innovacom, alongside historical shareholders including CEA, CNRS, Quantonation and Supernova Invest.

Through this transaction, Quobly aims to accelerate the development and industrialisation of its silicon-based quantum technology, strengthen its R&D capabilities and support its international commercial expansion.

The company plans to deploy its first commercial cloud-accessible quantum computer by the end of 2026 under its Alloy product range.
