Bignon Lebray advised Foodiz in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in SushiMan, an operator of sushi kiosks in large retail outlets.
Founded in 2011, Foodiz specialises in the industrial production of sushi and pan-Asian meal solutions with an integrated supply chain. SushiMan, established in 2017, operates 175 stands across a network of more than 750 retail partners.
The transaction brings together complementary strengths, combining Foodiz's industrial and logistics infrastructure with SushiMan's established retail partnerships and operational expertise in a growth-oriented distribution channel.
