Bignon Lebray advised industrial group Nexteam on the entry of a new consortium of minority investors into its share capital, marking an important milestone in the development of this leading player in the aerospace and defence sectors.
The consortium comprises EMZ Partners, Bpifrance and Amundi Private Equity Funds (“Amundi PEF”). As part of the transaction, Nexteam’s management team also expanded its circle of long-standing partners, with the arrival of new “Friends of Nexteam” investors, complementing the Group’s family and institutional shareholders.
The transaction will enable Nexteam to take a further step in its development against a backdrop of strong growth in the aerospace and defence markets. The Group intends to consolidate its leading position in its sector and continue expanding its international industrial footprint.
Nexteam currently employs more than 2,700 people across 21 sites in seven countries, spanning Europe, the Maghreb and India.
