Bignon Lebray advised Seventure Partners on its participation in the €3 million fundraising round carried out by Reboat, a French pioneer in the refurbishment of leisure sailing boats, based in Lorient.
The €3 million financing round was led by Seventure Partners through its Blue Forward fund, alongside existing investors and business angels, including Charlotte Souleau, Managing Director France at Back Market. Following the transaction, Seventure Partners and Charlotte Souleau have joined Reboat’s Strategic Committee.
This financing represents a strategic milestone in Reboat’s development. It will enable the company to expand and optimise its 1,000 sqm workshop, open a second facility in the Mediterranean, strengthen its teams and increase its production capacity, with the objective of launching 30 boats in 2027 and approximately 100 by 2031.
