Bignon Lebray advises Pascal Tierce, founder of SinapTec, on the MBI-led transfer of the company to Alexis Catry

Founded in 1984 by Pascal Tierce, a PhD in physics, SinapTec designs, manufactures and markets OEM ultrasonic components for the industrial, nuclear and healthcare sectors.

Its ultrasonic devices are used in a wide range of applications, including cleaning, welding, and fluid or powder treatment processes. The products incorporate NextGen technology, protected by a worldwide patent, which facilitates the development and integration of equipment.

Based in Lezennes, in northern France, SinapTec employs around 20 people, primarily engineers and technicians, and has an in-house engineering department and R&D team.

The company generates more than 60% of its revenue internationally, across more than 12 countries in Europe, the United States and Asia, and has established itself as a leading player in its market.
