A strategic acquisition to strengthen Stratus Packaging's European position in high-value markets
Bignon Lebray advised Stratus Packaging, a specialist in premium printed labels, in connection with its acquisition of Freppel Imprimeur, an independent printing company based in Wintzenheim (Haut-Rhin).
Described as a key acquisition strengthening Stratus Packaging's position in Europe's high-value-added markets, the transaction reinforces the group's presence in eastern France and in Germany, while broadening its expertise in the wine, spirits and luxury goods markets.
Following the acquisition, Stratus Packaging generates more than €100 million in revenue and employs over 520 people.
