Bignon Lebray advised Trustteam, a leading European provider of IT services and solutions for businesses, on the acquisition of DATA-SUP, a company specialising in IT infrastructure, hosting, connectivity, cybersecurity and communication solutions.
The transaction is part of the Belgian group’s development strategy in France and strengthens its presence in the Grand Est region. It also enables the Group to further consolidate its local offering and expand its expertise to support its clients’ digital transformation.
With nearly 200 employees in France and revenue of approximately €50 million, Trustteam is pursuing its ambition to become a leading partner for businesses in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and managed services.
