We advise sponsors, financers and public bodies on the set-up, life, acquisition and transfer of energy projects, and we take part in sustainable-city and energy-performance projects.
To provide the best client support, we put tailor-made teams together consisting of specialists from each of our departments (Public, Environment, Banking, Tax Law, Commercial Contracts, Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, etc.), all of whom are familiar with the practices and issues related to energy projects.
For instance, we are involved in securing the administrative authorisation for projects, implementing and negotiating financing and industrial contracts – and more generally, all deeds required for the development of wind-powered, thermal, photovoltaic, biomass and geothermal energy projects. We are also involved in the acquisition and transfer of assets and energy projects.
We support our clients (both public and private) in carrying out environmentally-friendly projects, such as: HGV ecotaxes, sustainable cities, energy performance and efficiency, ecological restoration, etc.
