Alain Vamour specialises in public business law, especially within public property law.
He is active in all areas of public law, in advisory and litigation matters, with local authorities, semi-public companies and the private sector (in urban and commercial planning, development, markets and contracts, property rights, liability, etc.).
He assists both public authorities and private operators (developers, urban planners, investors, financers) throughout transactional processes (housing, commerce, tertiary, industry, etc.), by securing the necessary legal planning documents, building or planning permits, etc.
Alain began his career in 1989, starting out at the Savoye firm of Lille for ten years before joining the public law department of Ernst & Young in 2000.
He joined Bignon Lebray in 2005 as a partner, heading up the Public Law Department.
