Alban Van de Vyver has been a lawyer since 2005 and has joined our team in Corporate Law Mergers & Acquisitions.
He is active in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, with extensive LBO experience on behalf of investment funds.
He worked in the M & A department of the firm Racine, as Mission Director having first gained four years’ experience at the firm Sekri Valentin Zerrouk. Then in 2016, he joined, the Capital Investment and M & A department of Brunswick as a partner.
