Bertrand Debosque has considerable expertise in Labour Law, both as an advisor and litigator.

For 30 years, Bertrand Debosque has advised, aided and defended a large number of companies in the Hauts-de-France region in regard to labour law issues, social protection and workplace safety.

Through his services, he exercises the three main activities of the modern lawyer: advising and helping in the decision-making process; skilfully drafting documents; representing and defending clients in court.

Bertrand pleads before all the courts called upon to judge business disputes: Labour Courts and the Court of Appeal, Regional Courts / Social section and criminal courts (offenses of obstruction, occupational accidents, etc.).

He equally assists businesses and human resource managers in the day-to-day handling of both individual and collective labour relations.
