Charles-Eric Thoor joined Bignon Lebray in 2017 after collaborating with the firm for two years. He specialises in the public law of economic activities, urban planning law, environmental law and rural law.

Charles-Eric has also worked as a justice assistant at the Administrative Court of Appeal in Paris.
