Charles-Eric Thoor joined Bignon Lebray in 2017, following an initial two-year collaboration at the Paris Bar.

He practices in the fields of  public procurement law, urban planning and environmental matters, as well as rural law.

He focuses his practice on public infrastructure, information technology, healthcare, and agribusiness.

He operates in France and in French-speaking Africa.

He is a member of the firm’s International Commission.
