Charlotte joined the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Law departments of Bignon Lebray in January 2020.
She holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of Aix-Marseille. She worked for a year in a law firm based in Shanghai specialized in M&A and Private Equity and then in various legal departments. Charlotte did her PPI internship at Philip Morris France and her final internship at our firm.
