François joined Bignon Lebray in 2021 as an associate in the Corporate & M&A department.
François has previously had international professional experience, notably with the law firm Linklaters in Luxembourg.
François is more specifically involved in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, both in advisory and litigation matters,
François has already had the opportunity to work with companies on their financing operations (fund raising, bond issues, capital increases) or restructuring operations (transformation, merger, creation of subsidiaries, amicable proceedings, collective proceedings) as well as with partners (sale, acquisition, partners’ agreement) and managers (corporate mandates, management packages).
