Guillaume Douillard joined Bignon Lebray in July 2022 in order to strengthen the firm’s capacity to deal with issues related to companies in difficulty as well as criminal law, which are increasingly faced by companies and their managers.
It intervenes both at the judicial stage and upstream of it in order to enable its clients to deploy preventive procedures allowing them to limit their risks in these matters.
He has been practising in these areas since he was sworn in, and also deals with litigation issues encountered by companies or their directors, whether in the context of amicable or judicial resolution procedures.
