Joséphine joined Bignon Lebray in September 2022 in the Intellectual Property & New Technologies department.

Having lived abroad, and with an LL.M. from Laval University (Quebec), Joséphine is interested in international matters and in particular in platform law

Joséphine has developed a particular expertise in personal data project management. As such, she ensures the RGPD compliance of her clients and assists them in the expansion of their international processing.

Having benefited from several experiences in the field of intellectual property law, she advises the firm’s clients on the management of their rights on the Internet. In this respect, she has acquired specific expertise in the management of out-of-court domain name claims.

More generally, she assists companies, both in French and in English, with any advice or litigation relating to intellectual property or new technologies.
