Laetitia joined the firm in 2010 and has developed expertise in corporate and commercial law. She assists corporate clients, their shareholders and managers in all their investment, sales or acquisition projects, including restructuring and long-term financing transactions.
She also has solid experience of working with key figures in the social and solidarity economy.
