Laetitia joined the firm in 2010 and has developed a multidisciplinary expertise in corporate law, commercial law, M&A, Private Equity, and fundraising, particularly under AMF or DIS prospectuses. Laetitia also has expertise in the legal structuring of actors in the Social and Solidarity Economy, and is involved in the associative sector and commercial enterprises (especially those with the status of ESUS and SIEG companies) on issues of structuring, financing, and restructuring. In this regard, she has a good understanding of the tax benefits for subscribing to the capital of ESUS and SIEG SMEs. Laetitia also develops expertise with liberal professionals and the healthcare sector, whose issues are specific to regulated professions (knowledge of structures such as SEL, SPFPL, regulations with professional orders, etc.).

On a daily basis, Laetitia advises a clientele of companies, their shareholders, and executives from various sectors, both in the start-up ecosystem and in more mature companies, on their investment, sale, or acquisition projects, group restructuring, and high-end capital operations. Laetitia also advises her clients when it comes to the signing of letters of intent or termsheets, investment protocols, shareholder agreements, warranty agreements, etc., and the implementation of incentive plans for executive or employee management packages.

She has a solid experience with actors in the SSE (especially the associative sector). She actively supports her clients in advancing regulations in this sector by participating in the drafting of amendments to SIEG finance laws.

In 2023, Laetitia is referenced in the LEGAL 500 EMEA ranking and in the IFLR1000 guide.
