Laurence Defontaine has been a partner in the Real Estate & Property Management department of Bignon Lebray since 2001.
As both an advisor and litigator, Laurence Defontaine advises, a clientele of real estate professionals in regard to the management of corporate buildings and shopping centres (including rental and property management of co-ownerships), and all legal aspects surrounding the restructuring and refurbishing of office buildings, warehouses and collective housing.
She also assists companies when dealings with their lessors in setting up, executing and renewing commercial leases.
