Liwei has been a local partner at the Shanghai office since 2015 and is involved in Franco-Chinese cases. In particular, he assists French and Chinese clients in connection with investments in both China and France.

Did you know ?

  • Liwei belongs to the first generation of Chinese students selected by the Chinese government to study in France in the 1980s. He studied and worked in Paris for more than ten years before returning to Shanghai in 2000
  • In 2002, he was involved in the first anti-dumping investigation against China after its entry into the WTO
  • He is a co-founder of the Franco-Chinese Business Institute (I.F.C.E, Institut Franco-Chinois des Entreprises), which encompasses graduates from French ‘grandes écoles’ and universities, business leaders, senior executives, researchers and academics
