Matthieu joined Bignon Lebray in 2019, after several years of experience with both French and international law firms.
He primarily advises on corporate tax matters, assisting corporate clients and investment funds in M&A and private equity transactions. He also advises international clients on the tax implications of their cross-border operations, in both advisory and contentious contexts.
Over the years, Matthieu has supported business owners in corporate disposals and transfers, international mobility, and tax litigation.
He also works with non-profit organizations, assisting them with structuring and reorganizations, and helping to secure their eligibility for tax exemptions and reliefs.
In addition, Matthieu has developed recognized expertise in sports taxation, advising athletes, associations, and sports entities.
In 2025, Matthieu was ranked by ODA and Décideurs for his work in Tax Law.
