Neil is actively involved in the Corporate Law Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity departments.

He has advised on multiple transactions in the wine and spirits sector, both for private companies and for listed companies. He has also advised clients in the cosmetics, perfume and media sectors.

Furthermore, he has developed significant expertise in labour law, property law and banking law.

Highly invested in advising sports clients, clubs and event organisers, he has been enhancing the skills of his teams within Bignon Lebray in the field of sports law.

Neil also practises as a sports agent, assisting and representing clubs, players and agents, and drafting and negotiating sponsorships agreements, employment contracts and services agreements.
