Ondine works as an advisor and litigator at each stage of real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on commercial leases and rental agreements. She assists her clients upstream of their projects in setting up, drafting and negotiating deeds, and when problems arise during the fulfilment of contracts or in regard to their renewal, transfer or termination.

Ondine monitors lease portfolios of companies which own (property investment companies [SCIs], property companies) or rent a significant number of properties (100+ commercial premises), by alerting them to deadlines for vacancies or renewals, and advising them on appropriate renewal strategies according to their projects and desired objectives.

She regularly works in collaboration with the firm’s other departments on more comprehensive projects, including real estate development, business transfers and company acquisition audits.
