Philippe Larivière began his career at Bignon Lebray in 1992. He advises on matters pertaining to contract law, insolvency and environmental law, with a particular focus on ICPE installations (installations classified for environmental protection purposes), for various types of industrial and property assets.

He practices both in advisory and litigious roles.

He has developed a particular expertise in complex contractual arrangements and litigation, especially for companies operating in the real estate and industrial sectors (including the chemical, energy and pharmaceutical industries, and industrial equipment).

In 2022, Philippe was referenced by Les Décideurs in the “ICPE, polluted sites and soils, industrial wastelands” category and by Le Point in Real Estate Law.
