Pierre-Emmanuel Scherrer joined the Lyon office in 2017 to help develop the firm’s tax offerings with regards to transactions, international taxation and long-term financing transactions.
He has developed special expertise in the fields of: securities transactions, asset deals, external growth, monetisation of property assets, mergers, growth capital, issuance of composite securities, group restructurings and transfer pricing, intra-group flows optimisation, holding regimes, taxation of intangible assets, and taxation of fixed assets.
He also assists clients with facing tax audits or involved in tax disputes.
Pierre-Emmanuel began his career as a tax lawyer in 1998 with Veil Jourde in Paris, joining the U.S. firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in 2006. He went on to joined Fidal in 2009, where he practised until 2017.
