Originally from China, Xiao Lin Fu-Bourgne has been living in France since 1985. She completed of her legal studies in Paris, and has advised, a clientele of companies as an advisor and litigator since joining the bar in 1998.
She is especially active in areas related to Chinese investment in France and, conversely, French investment in China.
Her main areas of expertise consist in of helping her clients with both the negotiation of contracts and the management of joint-stock companies, as well as providing counsel with a view to settling disputes between French and Chinese companies.
