For many years, our firm has assisted high-profile French and international industrial groups, particularly within the chemical, agri-food and pharmaceutical sectors.
We support these groups during their establishment in France as part of the development or redeployment of their industrial activities, and their social relationships; we also support them in managing relationships with their customers, suppliers and the authorities overseeing their activities.
Within this scope, our firm has developed high levels of expertise with regards to industrial contracts (procurement, supply, maintenance, logistics, industrial services, engineering, turnkey projects), and contracts relating to the transport or supply of energy (water, gas, electricity). For these assignments, which require cross-disciplinary legal competence, the lawyers in charge of the project draw on the resources of Bignon Lebray’s other departments whilst remaining the sole representative of the industrial client, thus ensuring the perfect execution of said assignment.
When needed, our team can further rely on a network of design offices, for instance if technical expertise specific to an industry is deemed useful, in particular relating to litigations linked with the inherent risks of the industry in question.
