Alban Van de Vyver is an Avocat à la Cour since 2005 and joined the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices of Bignon Lebray in 2019.
He is active in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, with extensive LBO and management packages experience for investment funds.
He worked in the M&A department of Racine, as Mission Director, having first gained four years’ experience at Sekri Valentin Zerrouk. He then joined the Capital Investment and M&A department of Brunswick as a partner in 2016.
