Barbara devotes most of her activity to the world of life sciences and innovation.
She assists clients in developing their undertakings, encompassing inter alia pharmaceutical laboratories, manufacturers of medical devices and cosmetic products, biotechs, and all players in the e-health sector, as well as any innovative players in the industry (chemistry, mechanics,… ).
Clients are advised in regard to the legal structuring of their projects and the defense of their rights in three major strategic areas, namely: innovation and its protection, regulatory constraints and product distribution
Barbara supports the Legal Directors of international groups, the Presidents of SMEs and young entrepreneurs of start-ups, biotech and medtech.
