The team

Edouard joined Bignon Lebray in April 2022 as lawyer counsel in the Corporate & M&A department. ​

He assists and advises company directors in their M&A and private equity transactions. He also assists them in all stages of the life of their companies. 

Edouard is referenced Legal by 500 EMEA 2025, by ODA 2024 and IFLR 1000 2024.
