François joined Bignon Lebray as an associate upon his admission to the Bar in 2021.

He primarily advises on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, corporate restructurings and financing transactions, as well as on disputes relating to corporate matters, governance issues and shareholder conflicts.

His practice is built on significant experience gained through numerous transactional and litigation matters.

He advises clients in both advisory and litigation matters, supporting them at every stage, from structuring and negotiating transactions to handling any related disputes.

He advises a French and international client base, including start-ups, SMEs, industrial groups, investment funds and family-owned businesses, and acts for both listed and unlisted companies.
