François joined Bignon Lebray in 2019 in the tax law department.
He assists his clients in all areas of tax law, and more specifically in corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, including management packages.
François acquired significant experience in the real estate sector, notably on acquisitions structuring, exit transactions, land registration fees, VAT and 3% tax issues.
He is also involved in wealth taxation as well as in the non-profit sectors where his expertise is renowned.
