Gauthier joined Bignon Lebray in January 2026 as an associate in the Tax Law department.
He specializes in tax issues related to the structuring of investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings, and also advises on wealth taxation matters.
Before joining Bignon Lebray, Gauthier practiced law for five years in Paris at French and American law firms, including De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Goodwin Procter.
