Ilias joined Bignon Lebray in June 2026 as an Associate in the Corporate and M&A Department.

Prior to joining Bignon Lebray, he practised at leading French law firms renowned for their expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.

Ilias primarily advises executives and investment funds on corporate law matters and strategic transactions, including restructurings, disposals, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and employee and executive share schemes.
