Justine joined the Bignon Lebray law firm in May 2024 as Counsel in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions department.

Justine primarily advises companies and investment funds on their strategic operations, whether French or cross-border. She advises and assists them on all aspects of corporate law (fundraising, shareholders' agreements, acquisitions/disposals of shares and businesses, employee and executive incentive plans, joint ventures, restructurings, etc.).
