Before joining our Employment Law & Social Protection department, which she currently chairs, in 2019, Marie-Charlotte acquired a great deal of expertise within renowned international and French law firms.
She advises leading French and international companies, whether on the day-to-day management of their employees, or on their relationships with employee representatives.
Marie-Charlotte advises clients all issues relating to their restructuring projects, in helping them to define their strategies and supporting them through an ever-changing situation (staff transfers, job protection plans, etc.). She has been conducting internal investigations on a regular basis for many years.
Marie-Charlotte develops and implements pre-contentious strategies, allowing her clients to minimize their risk of legal proceedings. She represents them before the competent courts in the context of complex individual and collective litigations.
Lastly, she provides training to educate clients on employment law and allow them to equip themselves with the best reflexes.
