practices
Ondine works as an advisor and litigator at each stage of real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on commercial leases and rental agreements.
Ondine's practice includes monitoring lease portfolios of companies (whether property investment companies [SCIs], or other form of property companies) with a significant number of properties (100+ commercial premises), by alerting them to deadlines for vacancies or renewals, and advising them on appropriate renewal strategies according to their projects.
She regularly works in collaboration with the firm’s other departments on more comprehensive projects, including real estate development, business transfers and acquisition due diligence.
