Avocat à la Cour since 2004, Taous is a partner in our Corporate / M&A and Private Equity teams since September 2022.​

She advises on a wide range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and strategic partnerships on a domestic and cross-border basis, including in Africa, with a recognised OHADA law expertise.​

Taous has extensive experience and a sector expertise in asset management, real estate, TMT and energy and infrastructure, working mainly with asset managers, financial institutions, private equity firms, portfolio management companies, but also SMEs and large corporations.​

She has notably acted on a number of high-profile real estate transactions, advising international investors, funds and real estate developers on real estate vehicle acquisitions, disposals and the structuring and negotiation of strategic partnerships, across a variety of asset classes (including offices, logistics, retail, hotels and residential).

Prior to joining the firm, she practiced over 18 years as a corporate / M&A and private equity lawyer in leading international law firms.
