Thomas joined the law firm Bignon Lebray in June 2023 as an associate in the Public Law department.
Previously, he worked at the firm HK LEGAL, for which he advised public entities on infrastructure projects.
Thomas practices in all areas of administrative law, with a particular focus on public contract law and environmental law. He also assists public authorities in securing the granting of state aid.
His work often involves taking part in the amicable settlement of disputes.
