BIGNON LEBRAY has advised Sarbacane Software in regard to capital raising

BIGNON LEBRAY has advised Sarbacane Software, a company specializing in the development of email marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, as part of its multi-million euro capital raising procedure led by the Ardian investment fund.

A major and independent player of the digital marketing industry, Sarbacane Software offers several software programs for marketing purposes and aims to democratize electronic communication in small and medium-sized businesses. Founded in 2001, the company with offices in Hem, Barcelona and New York, posted sales of 8.3 million euros in 2016, 12% more than in 2015, and boasts 10,000 customers worldwide .

Thanks to this contribution in capital, Sarbacane Software wants to accelerate its growth by conquering international markets and becoming a leader in Europe. The company is aiming at a turnover of 20 million euros by 2020.
