Bignon Lebray wins two Innovation Awards in the area of Client-Lawyer Relationships
In the categories entitled “Labor Law and Social Protection” and “International and European Union Law”, Bignon Lebray has been awarded the Innovation Awards of Client-Lawyer Relationships at a ceremony organized by the Lille Bar Association and the AFJE of Hauts-de-France region.
The Innovation Awards for Client-Lawyer Relationships value any innovation or any innovation project benefitting the client-lawyer relationship: new services, innovative methods of information and/or follow-up of files, means implemented to improve access to the law, websites, mobile applications, training provided… The award ceremony that took place on December 7 at the Cité des Echanges of Marcq-en-Barœul, in the presence of Xavier Bertrand, President of the Hauts-de-France region, has rewarded 15 law firms.
Represented by Antoine Benoit, lawyer and partner, the Innovation Award for Client-Lawyer Relationships was awarded to Bignon Lebray in the Labor Law and Social Protection category. This prize rewards the firm’s innovation project in this field: providing clients with a labor law database. This regularly updated library of documents would be helpful to a clientele facing the shifting nature of labor law. This system would be complemented by a chat system that would allow the firm’s clients to receive quick answers from Bignon Lebray’s lawyers and benefit from the latter’s expertise. “It is an honor for the firm to receive this award, which recognizes the ability of our teams to reinvent themselves in order to better meet the requirements of our clients in labor law matters, a subject in perpetual change that requires strict documentary rigor and a powerful human bond” says Antoine Benoit. Represented by Bertrand Debosque and Philippe Larivière, both lawyers and partners, Bignon Lebray has also received the Innovation Award for Client-Lawyer Relationships in the International and European Union Law category. This award recognizes the innovative idea that the firm has implemented in order to facilitate interaction with its foreign clients: the establishment of a smart videoconferencing service including a live translation system. This system would allow those involved to see each other and communicate at a distance while bypassing the language barrier. “This prize is a wonderful reward for the international strategy adopted by Bignon Lebray and its Lille office. Our firm is constantly adapting to the specific needs of its foreign clients and this live translation system would reinforce the quality of the relationships we have with them” says Bertrand Debosque. Bignon Lebray’s application video in the International and European Union Law category is available here.
Bignon Lebray was the only law firm to win two awards at the Client-Lawyer Relationships Innovation Awards ceremony.
